Any good digs or complaints on this gal, screwed my buddy over, took a lot from him. Come to find out she does this alot, even had her kids taken away. used to go by julie burlison, got busted for extortion or something under that name.

Ok so now this person is sitting in jail again....she lies & drinks way too much. Try to be her friend and she will screw you over for everything that you have. She is a jelous individual and there is a reason why she doesnt have her first 4 children and that her baby is in state custody right now. I hope the father of that lil boy gets him....The father has to be better then this dumb person.

Well I know that this person broke into her ex's house and stole his pants. Now she has been giving them back one at a time and leaving them in his truck. Now how psyco is that?

Where did this all happen? I heard nothing of this going on in Hermiston. I know she was stalking her ex in Salem again and he was in fear of her coming back there.

This is typical Julie. It is great that the baby is no longer in her care. Hopefuly the state is not stupid and keeps that baby or gives it to the father. The other 4 are much better since she hasn't had them. I love the fact that she continues to tell people she has changed and she is in rehab all the time.

Well, this is typical for her. Maybe her PO will do something this time. Hope the guys make it through. Hopefully too the new little goes somewhere good, she can't care for a pet brick, much less a child. The other 4 are as safe as could be.

So... where is phil through this, and can he get custody?

I hate to say this is funny but it is. It is also very sad at the same time though because she continues to get away with so much. Maybe her Mom will stop helping her finaly then maybe something will happen. She seems to always use that safety net and I feel deeply bad that her family keeps enabling her. Although I know it is only because they love her and want to see her do better. The problem is she will NEVER do better. She believes the lies she tells. I hope the babies Father wants that baby and takes him.

That is Julie to a T. She is still stocking a lot of us. From what i hear Her mom is the one who called the cops on her when she went to jail last week.

She needs to be institutionalized, she is scary crazy, like Casey Anthony scary crazy. They even drove the same exact car......very scary.......

Well lets feel bad for the poor sucker she is screwing over right now. She is not at her parents home so someone has to be putting her up. She will steal and lie to them till she bleeds them dry then she will move on and do it to someone else then someone else and so on. This will happen until a PO gets a clue and sends her butt to jail.

Steal that is an understatment. She stole over 500 dollers with of untouched quarters from her recent ex's partents and then denied it up and down. Yet she seemed to always have beer, new floor rugs, ect for a while and it was the middle of the month. She gets her cash grant on the first and its usually gone with in a few days of the first.

She will steal anything from anyone. She has stolen quarters from her own parents. She has stolen money from her own kids. Every guy I have heard about has been victimized from theft by her. One guy almost lost a new Eclipse, and $6000.00 worth of furniture. She also has made up fake married names and scammed credit cards using these guys. She has a warrant in Montana for close to 10k in bad checks. She also used her kids' SS# to get phones, utilities and cable. There is not an honest bone in her body, if there is a away to scam, she will. Hopefully her family gets smart and givers her the boot for good, and hopefully the new kid will get placed far away from her. Good luck out there for anyone being victimized now.

wow new rugs and stuff while of TANF. Interesting since she refuses to pay her child support. Which is not even 300.00 a month for her 4 kids. But hey she is a repeat offender of welfare fraud in Oregon and they still allow her to draw benifits. Which they pay a portion back to themselves each month from her cash checks. ha ha ha ha What a joke!!! I was told she was still living with her parents when I tried to reapply for my TRO. That is the address she gave the courts as being hers.

Wow I can't wait to tell the Dad of the other 4 about this. She is trying to take him back to court again in a few weeks. Maybe that won't happen. I know he is trying to get information to use against her. A bunch of her ex's and I have all written letters to the court for him. Hopefully she won't get whatever it is she wants this time.
