This is why I left New Mexico and moved back to Florida. Too many drunks and not enough done to clean up the state.

Not a good place to raise children. Thank God I got out.

I'll bet the drunk driver will sue the police department involved with the chase and win a fortune. After all, if the cops weren't chasing him, he wouldn't have had to run away and run over himself. He's such a victim. Poor him.
