I must admit we have a lot of snobby “my stuff doesn’t stink” people in the Greater Phoenix area. I’ve been watching channel 3 TV for a long time, along with other stations that have changed names and personal over the last 20 years. I really enjoyed watching 3 TV in the morning with Brad, Dan and Olivia. I’ve read all the comments posted on this site and maybe you should look in your high end mirror before you throw stones. I get damn tired of seeing nothing but killing and violence on television, and it was a great break to have a little fun and nonsense to wake up with to start the day. BELO, in my opinion made a bad mistake. BELO need to remove there saying “The place with more News” to “whatever” since they are so tight lipped about all the people released. By the way I’m not sure what Brad and Dan are doing but I saw Olivia on a Las Vegas station last week. It’s really too bad there are so many negative, high end, and mean people out there but I guess that’s life. As for myself I miss the FUN team as it was, to HELL with BELO.

Dan Davis was with that station for almost 30 years. Geez, I wonder if they let him go to avoid paying his pension? If so, what a lousy thing to do..

Hi. Just wanting to add in my thoughts. I noticed that Brad and Dan were gone after we returned from an extended trip. What a bummer. Then, not too long after that, we noticed that Olivia was gone. Before that, some time ago, Marti disappeared. I think the thing that we noticed is that no one mentions them, in fact they appear to have never existed. I wrote to News Family 3, and GMAZ web site, but they never responded when I asked what happened to these personalities. In fact, they acted like I didn't exist and that we viewers are not important. Some "Family", when they act like these people weren't part of theirs, after they were with them for so long and they added something to the show. Someone above mentioned that Tara and Scott bicker too much (or words to that effect), and I agree. That gets really old and we are OK to watch other news programs instead of GMAZ. They are, at times, immature in their actions and words, and no one wants to know when they are having a bad day or they like each other at the moment. I don't mind the evening news so much, but the morning one was always a staple for us and started our day. Now, with so many of the older ones gone, and some of them more fun, it's hard to watch and feel the same thing as before. I really resent that they are treated as if they didn't exist when they are asked about. Does anyone know what happened to Brad, Dan, and Marti? Didn't realize that Olivia moved on to Vegas, but don't blame her. I think that the ones they kept are getting old, not in age, but in their talent and personalities. BELO, get with it and get some personalities on your show that are fresh and willing and happy to be on the air. The ones you have collect nice paychecks (I would guess), but they're not representing you very well.

News stations here in Phoenix are just keeping pace with idiots like yourself.....The "Place with more Fluff" would do better to just close down and spend more air-time showing Tara and April getting naked and going down on each other....I'd buy that for a dollar.......Phoenix news stations are a disgrace to broadcasting, especially when the lead story on Ch. 15 last week was a swarm of bees over the entrance to a mall in Mesa........geez, what a joke.....and then they went on to spend 10 mins. interviewing people about the bees......this whole state is retarded.....

I was looking to find out what happen to those that were let go 3tv .What do I find, for the most part is a bunch of imature misfits that have nothing to do but bash people because they have nothing else to do. Wow this our future. Kinda scary

I did a segment or two with Brad once and he was an...Ahhh, let's just say...Ahhh, he was quite taken with himself. Tara has always been nothing more than eye candy who doesn't come across as someone who ever does their homework for an interview. In the world of TV eye candy is interchangable.

What a bunch of mean people write here! When I moved here I found GMAZ refreshing. There is plenty of news on TV, but there is something about this station that makes Phoenix real. I come from Washington, DC--believe me, that's not real. We can all find plenty of news wherever we go and certainly in Phoenix, but there's only one Channel 3. For my part, I wouldn't miss checking in--and YES--I do have a life--a good one.

While I agree we need news on the economy, accidents, murders, etc., I also find it necessary to occassionally take a break from the morbid and laugh a little. I liked Brad, Dan and Olivia for this reason. I am infuriated to see them let go, and will never have Channel 3 on in my house again.
I am also disgusted by the number of people on here that can not carry on an intelligent discussion without sexual innuendos or insulting the intelligence of those who disagree with them. You have a right to your opionion, but please keep it clean and be respectful.

I am very disappointed that Olivia is not on the morning show, she is a breath of fresh air. If anyone should be let go it is Tara who is a phony and false as she can be.

I had a feeling that the station did a "Pink Slip" on the guys, the Olivia was next since I saw less of her. Sometime I wonder if they fire one of their own, the others will follow. But that is not the case. Scott and Tara gets into it often and wonder why Tara has not been let go, was it because of her contract. Any way, I do miss them traveling in the month of April to all these difference cities within AZ. Now that was one of the things that I loved to see. It was one of the best community events that each city could have. Sorry to see Dan and Brad leave the station because of Belo "Pink Slip" doing. I do wish them the best.

I was on a southwest flight with Tara once. She is definately as ugly as a mud fence! Her old man has money, or had. Nighthawk recoverys repo guy once said he went over to her house to repo a car. Tara came to the door in a see through nightgown. Now that is enough to make anyone barf!
