I saw this in the morning paper: "Heather Leto vs. Crystal Finch", suing for $26,100 plus costs and interest due. Wonder if Leto is suing the people who bought the place from them?

I was in there earlier, and they don't look as if they are going out of business, if anything the business is moving, and they are just doing great there. If anything the former owner, is trying to bring their business down. Sounds a little fishy to me.

I read in the paper about the lawsuit, and how did you come up with that figure, I couldn't find that sum anywhere. Must be someone on the inside.. I first read a post on facebook after I saw the sign say going out of business. The Herald Dispatch quoted an amount owed. I hope they do come back and make their food again. Just my preference.

That's another thing,when I was in there they told me that the original owner was so selfish that she wouldn't let them have the Facebook for Leto's and that she gets on there and runs her mouth. So if you go to Facebook its just charity (original owner) don't listen, the new people don't get on these sites soif you want to know what's goin on just stop and ask. They are honest people, unlike the originals...IMO

And it doesn't sound like anyone running their mouths on the facebook, just a couple vague updates is all I saw.

I knew the owners when they were running Leto's they are great people and very professional, and I "know" what is going on. The current owners are clearly commenting on here because every comment is in a defensive manner. The current owners are not following clear renters obligations with the business or the building. So what would you do if it were your business and the owners are not following contract?

If you think that the food is "awesome" then go ahead and buy it. They won't be in business long peddling the crap that they're selling now.

I've been going to leto's since it opened. I believe the quality of the food and the service has stayed pretty much the same with both groups. The new folks did offer delivery to businesses so that was a plus for me since I can't always leave the office for lunch.
I don't think I will go back if Heather and her boyfriend take over the business. Something smells really fishy about the whole situation.

What's fishy? Think of the reasons an owner would sue a buyer... my guess is something happened on the sale. According to the paper, Heather is suing for 26k. The new owners probably didn't pay her all of what they owe. And yes, they did deliver. It was delivered at the hospital often and it was excellent. And why would you stop going if you thought the food was good then? Doesn't make sense really...
