Today I am asking help from the people of Pearsall and Frio County, to boycott the pawn shop here in town (National Pawn). I recently found some of my stolen tools there. I told the gentlemen there that those were mine. The gentleman then told me to get out of the store. I have known of three other family's that have this happen to them. What is that telling you...?

You need to make a police report and tell them exactly where your tools are. Then they will have to tell the police who pawned them and you will catch your thief. They can't help it that people go pawn stolen goods. If you go get the police to help then the pawn shop is the one who will be out the money.. Not you.

You can't assure that you're not buying stolen items. I have found items there that were stolen from people too. I had to tell them to go get police and they did. People need to mark their items and keep a log of their serial numbers.

You do need to call and make a police report. There is a process you will go threw then eventually get your items back. Pawn shop will loose money. You can look up on internet corporate national pawn and complain or even go higher and complain look up pawn association lot of regulations there.

Talking about no customer service there with your bad language. I hope you aren't one of their employees because I myself would fire you in a heart beat for posting things like this on here. It comes to show what kind of people skills you have and believe me buddy you shouldn't work for the public if you don't know how to speak to a customer with a concern!!! Take some courses, it might help you now and maybe in the long run!!!

Whoever you are if you work for the pawn shop you shouldn't be on here posting ugly things like that. That's very unprofessional just being on here says alot about you and the ppl they have working there, very bad move. And its true that stolen items are being sold there at that pawn shop. For instance where do you see a lineman giving up his hooks and powerline tools those are very expensive tools to be pawning for pennies?? Any person who knows about powerline workers and their tools know that these items that are taken to the pawn shop are most likely stolen because they are very expensive to begin with and no lineman is willing to part with their tools especially if they paid for them. Stolen for sure!!! If a company reports it stolen you guys won't here about it cuz they're all from out of town. Duh...you have to know they're stolen common sense ppl!!
