A report issued Monday by the inspector general's office says the worker lived on the grounds of the Rockland Psychiatric Center in New York City's northern suburbs for three years.

Wow I'm doing something wrong, I actually have to pay for a beer and also cover charges if theres a band , to go to a bar and be surrounded by lunatics!
