K9 officer busts 2 dope loads in 2 traffic stops

Way to go deputy! At what cost do we violate rights and profile drivers. A little dope off the rode, but a big erosion to our liberties.

I liked when it said the Deputy "sensing" the presents of drugs!!!! Give me a break!!! When is Arizona ever going to quit targeting out of state travelers and useing strong arm tactics to get money.
Legelize it tax it and leave people alone.

Hmmmmm, let me see now. Should I stop the three white guys who just went by me at 95mph, or the Hispanic looking dude in the old U-haul truck doing 65mph. If I stop one of the white guys it would be a profile stop and in AZ we don't profile. Besides, the Hispanic dude has to be hauling drugs so I'll stop him.

I think you said it all dumb ass. There is an outstanding chance that they are either a wetback or a drug smuggler or both. i would go for the mexican everytime! i would also be throwing the white guys in jail for excessive speed if there was nothing else going. It's called priorities.

I have personal experience in this matter.
In 1997 while driving alone from New Mexico to Delaware in a rented U-Haul truck, I found myself in Memphis, TN. OJ had just been aquitted.
I was on I-40 and it was quota time. Cops had people pulled over on both sides of the interstate and I was careful to to drive with the flow of traffic. I was doing 60MPH in a 55MPH zone while still being the slowest driver on the road.
Next think I see are cheeries behind me - a pig trying to pull me over. So I pulled over. He gave me the usual line of BS that I was speeding. Then, officer Lomax says: Got any drugs or weapons in the car? I replied "no". His next question: Can I search the vehicle? I replied "that would not be appropriate, you do not have probable cause". So he calls up the station and says "I've got a refusal, send the dogs". I was alone. The dogs, he said in his dumbass redneck drawl "showed a pos'tive ind'caytion for the presence of marywhanna". I had 2 joints in the glove box. Ooooooooo. Whata crime.
"So since you lied to me, we gonna unload the truck". I said "right here"? He said, no at the station. So they drive my truck to the station and after 3 hours of this BS, of course the dumbass and his 5 hoodlem redneck pig buddies found nothing. I was sent on my way, and fired up a big fat one at the next rest stop with my middle finger fully extended, laughing at the fact that they never found the quarter pound stashed in the 1st box they removed. So what you are saying is that you were speeding and had drugs in the vehicle. after refusing to admit to that you were breaking the law in multiple ways you are pissed off that the law enforcement officers did their jobs. Sounds about like the typical mentality of the whining criminal.

The cop did not have probable cause to search me, therefore HE WAS BREAKING THE LAW.

After he was satisified that there was no more weed in the truck, he actually GAVE ME BACK the 2 joints he found and he made sure THAT I WAS FILMED by way of his dashboard camera. I wasn't going to play his game so I took the 2 joints and crumbled them up and let them drop to the ground, right in view of the camera.

One I am not a cop. Two, anything is probable cause depending on what they smell or what you say, how you say it, etc. You obviously have an attitude and denial issue. Not to mention that you seem to think that the law applies to everyone but you. The other people should have gotten busted for speeding but you should not have....whatever Your an idiot and no doubt will spend the rest of your life cussing those who protect you because you are not happy doing the right thing.

Actually moron I don't see pot any different than alcohol. I think the only reason it is still illegal is because the gov't has not figured out how to regulate and tax it.
You see what you consider brainwashing is actually excepting society and understanding there has to be laws that cover for even the dumbest of citizens.
If everyone did the right thing and didn't spend the lives working harder to buck the system or get away with something than they did just doing things right then we wouldn't have laws against many things.

I am so tired of people pulling the race card! Take responsibility and ownership for your actions. They were both speeding so they both deserve a consequence. Rarely, do we catch all who are at fault. Whine about it next time when it is you who get hurt because the wrong guy was pulled over! Be it drugs or a car crash!
