someone had to see this car, I live in the neighborhood and cannot believe the skid marks left on the road by the victim and the car when it appears they tried to shake her from it. It was the most horiffic thing i have ever seen. Please come forward if you saw anything or you happened to be the one that hit her you know you will never be at peace until you do.
