Danbury man accused of stealing credit card

A 25-year-old Danbury man was charged with second-degree forgery and fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property after police said he stole a credit card.

I really hope this isn't true.. because I saw Matt Saturday morning and he didn't mention it.. We're all human and make stupid choices don't act like any of you haven't ever done something you regret. I don't agree with this and obviously thing it was a dumb thing to do...but what ever happened to being innocent until proven guilty?

yes! you are right! it is possible that the credit card acidentally fell into his pocket, and when he went to the store to buy the cell phone he accidentally used the wrong card, and he accidentally signed the wrong name.

Matthew was never arrested. The whole situation is a misundersting. WHich has already been cleared up...
