No shit these are the type of crimes the police should be dealing with instead of the stupid laws pertaining to bikers. To me it seems they want to do as little as possible as far as enforing real law everyone wants to be a trafic cop. Nobody wants to do real police work maybe we should think about contracting that out too.Or else ask help from the naacp they seem to have most of the answers. and the solutions to our problems if you dont believe me just ask them

On the other hand, the South seems to be particularly challenged with crime:

1. Myrtle Beach, SC
