The speed limit is 25 miles per hour. How stupid is it to ban Golf Carts and other safer, slower means of transportation? Bicycles and pedestrians already block the roads - which is fine and an old tradition at Pawleys, but, for Pete's Sake, what are they thinkin when they ban these other legal means. All OTHER gated communities allow these vehicles. Pawleys town council is questionable in their ability to think properly.
