i am kirstens boyfriends mother and it sickens me that anyone on here would have a bad word to say. its very sad that the bennington banner would allow anything to go up on here that would start people arguing. this is such a awful thing to happen, and i wish and hope you all would just keeping praying for the recovery of kirsten and keep in your thoughts and prays for the family of josh. kirsten ryan and i love you very much and you are always in our thoughts

im a friend of josh's and it really angers me to read all these comments about the accident saying its all kirstens fault. when a baring goes in a car u loose control of the car its nobodys fault but one of my friends is dead and all u people who dont even know them are running ur mouths. wow grow up.

How do people comment that it was no fault of her's unless they KNOW she wasn't speeding? I wasn't implying either way.

uh, check with your mechaninc, ball bearings don't just go, they detriorate over the course of hours, days or weeks. and they make rubbing and screeching noise and they smoke, long before they fail. if you are talking about ball joints, they don't break suddenly unless you hit something with them. so from a physical defect standpoint, if there was no obstruction or pot hole near the scene or in the road, any mechanical problem would have reared it's ugly head and been ignored long before it caused such a catastrophic accident. ignoring preventative maintenance is penny wise and dollar foolish.
