i would like Charlie Wilson to look at the reimbursement rules for Family Child Care providers who are being withheld wages for child care services based on an Absentee day misinterpreptation.

How is he going to tout the benefits when the state has not received the money? As it has been described in the news Wilson is just now realizing that Strickland isn't going to allocate the education money Wilson thought was going to the southeastern region. So where is the benefit. The real benefit has been to OU's little airport, not to the poor of Ohio.
And one other point, it is highly unlikely Wilson read the package in the first place; he rarely reads the bills Pelosi tells him to sign.

Congress should lead by example and take a 50% pay cut until they balance the budget, drive small cars, retirement should be social security and have to pay for thier insurance.
After all they are the cause of all this economic troubles. Thier the ones making all the decisions, not us.
