I was gunna go there thursday despite all this that people were sayin, cuz some are just stupid. But the way Mr. Joe is responding to his customers is not very professional at all. And I wonder, will I get treated the same??? Might not take my chances.

Dont go near this place rip off... If people didnt have bad credit in this world they would not even have any business but it is what it is... If I was the owner regardless of my customers credit history if they are paying for their fucking car I would want to keep them happy so they keep spending their money with me.... You can tell just by there response to the reviews that they are the devil... LMAO... YOU LIVE AND YOU LEARN AND NEVER AGAIN!!!!

They rip off my inspection ticket after repo the car. Now that I have the car they refuse to put the inspection ticket or even give me the pink slip to drive it to DMV. They r rip off n don't recommend to anyone

People,,, the problem is Paterson NJ,, its so corrupt its all about theft. Most these dealers have police and city oficials on there side helping them screw you.... There's even a gangster big shot city council guy who owns a car shop full of illegal aliens and stolen goods...all true

Hmmm?
Sounds more like a personal vendetta against the owner, Joe, versus JKJ itself.

Well I just finished my trip to Florida by bus, thanks to that dealer, now I will have to come back and deal with what I have been reading. I hate it when people take advantage of other folks down on their luck, I had to buy from this place because I really was in a bind and needed a car. I guess I was grateful that these dealers exist and I got a car, but I got no savings at all, and now who knows how I will be treated when I get back to Paterson, or how I will get this car fixed to get it back there.
Not for nothing, but this is just kinda common sense. With ANY used car, you really run a huge risk making a major trip like that. Extremely lengthy driving trips can wreak havoc... you put yourself in that situation, not JKJ.

Im so glad I do not have to go through any of this bull. I just feel so bad for those who have been sucked in to these peoples mess. Its a shame that no one can be trusted and whats even more disgusting is that the owner gets on this thread and talks so much garbage in retalition to the negative feedback on his business not realizing that it makes him look worse and not to mention highly unprofessional....that alone should be a sign to stay away....im ggrateful I can shop at "real" dealerships as oppose to shit holes. So I guess the big lesson here is ...STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

I bought used cars from a honda dealership as well as from a chrysler dealership never had an issue with long distance driving...from paterson to south carolina smoothly....common sense would be people seeing how insensitive and f-ed up you are just by your posts...common sense would be STAYING THE HELL AWAY from here. Wow F face a-holes really do exist in the world what a darn shame...

Well, I bought an 02 suburban frm jkj and i've never hsd a prob out of them or the car, of course i kinda over paid for the trk but thats thr price ya pay with challenged credit. Frank seemed fair enough to me, then on the other hand i've always been pretty much on time with my payments, just saying, i guess its how u r percieved as to how u are treated. woyld i buy there again? sure! Is what it is, got a 790-800 credit score? u have options! For those of us that don't, choose wisely, dont let ur desperation cause u to mk a commitment u can't possibly keep, lay the truth on the line and c what happens, buy what u can afford, bottom line.
