He is around 21 years old. I had to give him up for adoption.

Thank you, summertime.

I think his foster mom adopted him. She took care of a few foster children. My son is mixed and his eyes still should be blue. He was a year and a half old when I gave him up. He was born in October 1988 at Smithtown Hospital.

The law regarding late adoptions said the only way I could get him adopted was to abandon him. This was the hardest thing imaginable. I'm so sorry, I love you, Anthony.

I am from Patchogue but relocated to Roanoke/Salem due to disability and the high cost of living in NY. I am currently in Patchogue until the 1st week of January 2010 and then I will return to Roanoke. If you need help with your search for your son while I am up here, please let me know what I can do to assist you with your search.

Thank you. I am not quite sure where he is. His case worker's name was Maria Gonzales. I was in KPPC when I had him. They took me to Smithtown Hospital, his doctor was Jewish and talked me out of having him circumsized.

I don't know if you know, but KPPC closed down, Smithtown Hospital was called St. Johns Hospital and is now called St. Catherine's Hospital. As far as the caseworker, Maria Gonzales, where did she work or where did you come in contact with her? This might be a good starting point.

St.Catherine of Sienna Hospital was called St. John's previously, but "Smithtown Hospital" was probably Smithtown General Hospital (also now closed) at the corner of Route 347 and Route 111.

Thanks for all your help, I have checked MySpace and Facebook and have registered at adoption websites. Maria Gonzales was Anthony's foster care caseworker when I lived in Patchogue. DSS, I think.

Daily Horoscope for December 23

Aquarius

Someone is being bombastic and overbearing, and you don't like it. You aren't prepared to take their behavior lying down, but standing up to them is likely to result in a rip-roaring row. Well, it seems that the row is almost inevitable, and perhaps that's just as well because it won't do you any good to swallow your anger or tolerate this person's boorishness for much longer.
