Please refund our deposit. You have failed to provide plans or consult for our property in Selah, WA. Today is the second year we have waited for you to provide the plans and we have made other arrangements. I will be contacting better business bureaus in Prosser, Richland and if Mabton has one there as well. I hope you still have our contact information if not we are in the Selah phone book.

Very disappointed with the service AFTER my purchase at Gannon Nursery in West Richland, WA. I spent over $400 dollars and babied all my plants. One tree died and they are not even willing to give me a discount on a new one. I will not be buying from them again. I have heard a lot of similiar stories. Buyers beware. I will shop at Mac's in Pasco.
