According to the generous pamiety you have a right to a gun...not to keep and bear arms...plural. Even though a Texas Grand Jury says the citizen did right by the law, exercised clean responsible shots that did not hit innocent bystanders...From the sanctity of a computer pamiety says otherwise...That's why she is an Obama '08 supporter and a prime example of the idiocy behind him…Nobama ‘08

Let me ask you a question...do you believe thieves should have their hands cut off for stealing, or women killed or flogged for what is perceived as a wrong because of her gender?(as in other countries) I also believe that is why we have a judicial system. I also couldn't live with myself in having killed someone(two, in the back) for a few hundred dollars. Plus Joe Horn was in no danger until he left the inside of his home to be police, judge and jury. JMO
