Let's suppose Mr Horn had been killed, would you still have wanted him to go outside after being told not to for a few hundred dollars? There is no property worth dying over. I have no problem with protecting your person(s) but I think what he did was wrong. He believes it also. Just because the law agree doesn't make it right. I believe you should be able to have a firearm but I believe you have to be responsible with that right. I think Mr Horn did not exercise good judgment. JMO

For the sake of argument let's suppose your life was in the hands of the above Obama '08 nitwit...God Forbid.
That would be the same situation as democRats like pamiety who are eager and content to leave the good men, women and children of Iraq for the wolves...if you think democRats like her would not do the same to you and yours...think again. Therefore, the podium from which she spews her idiocy is established by way of her many other demented opinions...

Quote: "I believe you should be able to have a firearm but I believe you have to be responsible with that right. I think Mr Horn did not exercise good judgment."

Do keep it in mind the above steward of The Second Amendment is an Obama supporter...That's like Mayors Daley of Chicago and Bloomberg of NY looking after the Second Amendment...no wonder the above deranged fruitcake spend her days giggling...

According to the generous pamiety you have a right to a gun...not to keep and bear arms...plural. Even though a Texas Grand Jury says the citizen did right by the law, exercised clean responsible shots that did not hit innocent bystanders...From the sanctity of a computer pamiety says otherwise...That's why she is an Obama '08 supporter and a prime example of the idiocy behind him…Nobama ‘08

Are you a stalker? I still think Mr Horn showed poor judgement when he held a 8 minute conversation and was advised that the police were in the area. Hotheaded people do not need to have firearms. He made his mind to shoot his gun when it wasn't necessary. Who I'm voting for has nothing to do with my opinion about this topic. Nice try.

Beat it.

I know this comment is from awhile ago, but I just noticed it and thought I would reply to your stupid comment. Let me quote you "There is no property worth dying over." Well I could not disagree with you more. Since you "the thief" broke into someones home, mine or not, to steal, then you have decided that your life is not worth anything. That is the problem with this country, we feel we have to excuse someone for breaking the law, "he was abuse as a kid so he didn't realize that killing someone was wrong." Or "he has some mental retardation, so he should not be put to death even though he was smart enough to try to hide the evidence or murder weapon. So yes, if you broke into my home or my neighbors home and I catch you, I will, without remorse, try to eliminate you from this earth.

The points you made are your opinion. I don't agree, however why the 'dumb' remark because I have a different opinion? Your point doesn't justify the shooting of two people in the back when Mr Horn was told not to go outside. If Horn had been shot by the thieves or the cops whose fault would it have been? Again no material item is worth me dying or killing for. Again JMO.

Who told him to stay inside? A police Dispatcher. People act like they are Officers. They are not and they have no authority. He chose to go outside and protect his neighbors home. They were shot because they were stealing. Shooting them in the back, front, head, what difference does it make? THEY WERE THEIVES. And I would like note that I used the word "were", meaning that those two scumbags will not steal again.

If Mr. Horn would have been shot, it would have been the thieves faul and then they should be charged with attempted murder and burglary. Why would it be anyones fault other than the people that started the crime scene?

I am sorry for the "stupid" comment but it gets to me when people want place blame on people that wants to protect other people or propery and not place it were it belongs. On the crooks.

The 911 operator is the one that told Horn to stay in the house. He was informed that police officers were on the scene and being handled. If he had been shot by the officers or the thieves and dead whose fault would it have been then. Something my father told me when he was teaching me how to drive is that it's better to be alive then 'dead right'.

Let me ask you a question...do you believe thieves should have their hands cut off for stealing, or women killed or flogged for what is perceived as a wrong because of her gender?(as in other countries) I also believe that is why we have a judicial system. I also couldn't live with myself in having killed someone(two, in the back) for a few hundred dollars. Plus Joe Horn was in no danger until he left the inside of his home to be police, judge and jury. JMO

Regardless of what party you may think I belong to doesn't have anything to do with my opinion about Joe Horn. Remember Pres Obama was not in the White House them. My opinion is based on what I was taught in church, school and life. Now if you want to go there, I thought Republicans/Conservatives are religious? What were you taught in bible school and church? I believe we were taught the same thing. Remember when Jesus said he wasn't interested in politics?(paraphrasing) He did say this render unto Caesar what is his and render unto God what is his.

No, I do not believe thieves should have their hand cut off for stealing. That is crazy. I believe that the thieves should be shot, on the spot if possible, for stealing. I hope you are not my neighbor. I would want my neighbors to help protect my personal belongings just like I am willing to do for them. You people just don't get it. That is why people steal, because they know people like you do not want to do a damn thing to them for stealing. I work my ass off for the things I own and no one has the right to take it.

I would not want anyone to shoot someone in the back for $300. With your point why not chop their hands off? Explain the difference? I would not want my neighbor to go through the hell that they are for material items. Again my opinion.

The difference is, we would have to pay to support that scum. Shoot them and we only have to bury. I would prefer to burn the corpse.

Daily Horoscope for December 24

Leo

Perhaps it's the fact that it's Christmas Eve and everyone is busy, but you can't help feeling that you're walking on eggshells around certain people. Their emotions are very close to the surface and could erupt at a moment's notice, perhaps in a storm of tears or a fit of pique. Calm them down and ask if you can do anything to help.
