Sorry to disagree with you Margaret but if the sex offender did not think in the family of thevictim nor the victim itself then why should we look at him as a human being. When these situations come up, sometimes I think we should really go back to Jesus times and punish those type of people with an eye 4 an eye and a tooth 4 a tooth.

Retired 2005 first off i know blacks are better off than are african brothers but that did not happen with out blacks and whites and any other ethnic group standing up with black people during the sixties and civil rights movements, their was a heavy price to pay that price was death and a lot more black folk died than any other nationalty during that time.
