I am so sick of being accused of hating, if I am pro-Prop 8. I do not hate anyone. Repeat, I do not hate anyone. I am greatly saddened for those who have to deal with homosexuality.

Let the gays and lesbians get married and eventually go extinct. Just remember Nature will take care of the deviants and weed them out of the human race.

As I go to bed not knowing whether I will shortly be divorced against my will when I wake up tomorrow morning, I'd just like to emphasize how inhuman and HORRIFYING it is that so many people spent millions and millions of dollars to wreck my life and my wife's life and take away our civil rights. I... am deeply upset and will be for a very long time. I can only hope that something changes during the night. I can't even begin to fathom the hatred in people's hearts to actively campaign against my equality. I haven't even gotten our wedding pictures back and yet I have to sit here and wonder if people I DON'T EVEN KNOW are going to forcibly divorce me from my wife.

Disgusting. If Prop 8 passes, it will put a stain on the history of California as being a leader in the historical struggle for human rights. Just... disgusting.

You know the number of "Gays" are rising, their voices are rising too. People who think like You are becoming fewer and farther between. So it looks as though nature has HER sites set on a group other than mine. Also, "the gays and lesbians are produced by hetrosexual people, so unless you plan on becoming extinct anytime soon, don't hold your breath on us going anywhere. We are out, proud and here to stay!! Besides people, if you don't like or approve of same sex marriage.... THAN DON"T HAVE ONE!!

Dear Vanessa Puga,
How can you teach your child gay marraige when you just voted to ban it. What you DID just teach your child is discrimination. Take a closer look, they arent "Teaching" gay marriage in schools. The schools are only supposed to support marriages. But tell me when you were in school, do you remember the teachers taking you aside to teach you about marriage itself? nope. all that would happen is that tolerance will be taught in schools. but thanks to you, it wont happen. and you wont be able to teach your child about gay marriage, youll only be able to teach them that you dont believe in civil rights.

This is why I have no mercy for the anti-gay and would really have no problem watching them choke to death on their own spit.

And I do not say that lightly.

At all.

My only other wish would be to see one of them weeping, in the middle of their own divorce, and as they are at their lowest, most miserable point, spit in their tear-stained face and walk away.

Now, I don't mean to imply you would think *anything* of the sort. Many people try to remain civil. I *KNOW* I'm civil, so I don't mind saying these things.

Radical judges overturned Prop. 22 to allow Gay Marriage. This is not really a fight to ban Gay Marriage because the people of CA already banned it. It's time to let judges know they can't just ignore the voice of the people. This is America. We the people call the shots, not a small group of power drunk judges.

Hi people. I am living in New Zealand, but completely against prop 8!!!! Its discrimination and ridiculous!!!!

I was wondering if someone could help me. I am doing a report on homosexuality for my uni. I was wondering if someone could tell me what identity issues gay people face in society today?

I am very passionate on everyone being given the same rights in life. And that no governments should be allowed to dictate who people are able to marry, or have sex with.

Any other info on homosexuality issues is also welcomed!!!

I would greatly appreciate you help

You should not blame the people of CA for forcing you and your "wife" to become divorced. Blame the radical CA judges who overturned the voice of the people when Prop. 22 was passed to define marriage as between one man and one woman. Those judges decided to slap the people of CA in the face and now you had your hopes smashed because of their fascist actions. In America the people have the voice and should speak according to God's will. I'm very sorry four individuals tried to become rogue dictators and caused you pain.

Those "power drunk judges" were doing their job. It's called balance of power, and their job is to review legislation for fairness and constitutionality. Unfortunately, during the Bush years, an understanding of the necessity for judges to act in these situations has been lost. Without judges to rein in lawmakers, populism will run roughshod over other people's rights, as in this example. Nobody's civil rights should be put up for a popular vote, as that is a recipe for disaster. Now, you have one group of people and their churches dictating policy to another group of people and their churches. The policy of serparation of church and state has been trampled. And, now that you have set a precedent in the law, there is no stopping other church groups from trying to force their spin on policy. We are on the wrong road once again. I would have been shocked if Prop 8 did not pass. It is a tradition in America for the majority to try to marginalize the minority unless stopped by the courts. Without the courts, blacks would still be slaves, women could not vote, and queers would still be hiding from the police.

It is so obvious that most of the voters are anti-gay even some are not, but because of the lies yes on prop 8 ads, well apparently in 10 years or later, everything will come to sense, where haters go less, and people know the truth. there is nothing we can do about it. Even though most of the voters said they don't hate but I believe they lied, apparently they are too afraid to say yes on hating, because it is inhuman, so they cover it up, but on certain people they admitted it so proudly that they are haters. Well what can you say, America is the land of rednecks, racists and haters anyway. Hope it would be gone in the future. But something is certain, If God hate Gays, he won't create us in the first place, and I believe God Loves equality and loves everyone and don't discriminate. Though I'm certain God hates Liars, who always said they don't discriminate or hate, but they are(keywords: most, but not everyone).

"MARRIAGE IS FOR A MAN & WOMAN ONLY!!! BECAUSE THAT'S WHAT GOD SAID & THE BIBLE IS THE RULE BOOK OF LIFE"

GET THE FUCK OVER YOUR HYPOCRITICAL ASS SELVES & YOUR BOOK OF PLAYED OUT STORIES

Correct me if I'm wrong... but your "rule book" also states that having sex before marriage is wrong & immoral does it not??

Well if that''s the case we should make premarital sex illegal too shouldn't we????

Isn't upholding allllll lthe laws of your god the "good christian" thing to do?

Why should the LGBT community be singled out?

& if marriage is so fuckin' sacred why aren't divorced couples shunned & damned to hell in the same way you treat the LGBT??

You born again hypocrites make no fuckin' sense at all.

Homophobic bigots is what you are...

Funny thing is... almost always those that act so hateful towards gays are the ones that end up being a closet case & having a secret boy toy stashed away somewhere...

Rev. Ted Haggard for example... he was reverend of some hugggeee megachurch in Colorado. Turns out in his free time he was a meth smoking, cock-in-the-mouth loving son of a bitch! haha

P.S.
BEFORE YOU REPLY WITH BULLSHIT PROPAGANDA:
1)NO THEY WILL NOT BE TEACHING IT IN SCHOOLS.
AND IF THEY HAPPEN TO DO SO THE PARENTS HAVE A STATE MANDATED RIGHT TO OPT THEIR CHILD OF THAT CLASS.

2) CHURCHES WILL NOT BE "FORCED" TO MARRY SAME SEX COUPLES IF THEY CHOOSE NOT TO.

yes but should those rights be imposed on people who don't believe them?... Its like if a hole buncha scientologist said you have to abide by this because we believe in it...
this is what I don't really understand. Its not like you have to marry someone of the same sex... and if gay people did get married how would that effect you? if your worried about them going to hell, isn't that their own problem?

So, those who wanted NO on 8...I'm sure you wanted kids to learn about "scissoring" or "barebacking" at an early age, huh? Because when it really comes right down to it, its ALWAYS about legitimizing gay sex! I can't wait to move to some part of the nation with a whole lot of rednecks and hillbillies...you'll be glad to be rid of me from this state, and I'll be glad to be gone! BTW, STILL CLINGING TO MY GUNS AND RELIGION!

Daily Horoscope for December 27

Capricorn

You'll have a fabulous time if you're longing to see what's on offer in the sales, especially if you want to buy yourself some new clothes or cosmetics. However, you won't pay much attention to how much you're spending, and may even deliberately avoid thinking about it. Do yourself a favor and don't go overboard if you can't afford it.
