It sounds like the woman that reported it to the employees was rather timid. If that perv had been in the ladies room when either of my daughters went in there, he may not have walked out..I know my youngest would have made him wish he wasn't there and the eldest has a scream that the cops would have heard at the station. I questioned them about "what if he was armed" and the reply.."he was a peepy and he isn't scary to us".
