Fact: When one calls 911 and they have called the "wrong county sheriff's office (CO SO)" they would be automatically transferred to the correct CO SO by the 911 dispatcher. The dispatcher may or may not of notified the caller about the transfer to the correct sheriff's department. But it's usually a one-button operation. Therefore, I'm having a hard time understanding why Ms. KB would need to hang up and make a call to Henderson CO SO when the dispatcher can do it automatically. Gambler wrote: Note: KB's statement about calling the "right office" is in her quotes.
[Now If I were merely speculating I would say the first call went to 911, but it was the 'wrong' office, and THEN she placed a call to Henderson directly.]

if KB dialed 911 en route from her work...she could've gone to either county dispatch--scotts hill school (her employment at the time) is Henderson County, but the route she took to get home would've most likely weaved her in and out of decatur/henderson county lines...

I feel so bad for the law enforcement officers trying to do their jobs and not part of the corruption. Steroid rings and vanishing cocaine from evidence lockers and all the rest. FBI needs to clean house in tn.

When Glenn Wallace was sheriff, there was a Rogers man that was shot and a juvenile took the wrap for it and then the case was thrown out - no conviction. Does anyone remember the Rogers man's 1st name?

Sounds like Wayne County Tennessee they couldn't solve a MURDER or DISAPPEARANCE if it happened right in front of them. Its all a CLICK and the people in these small towns are scared to death to get involved but if it was their own uhoh whole different story. Somebody knows something. TBI, FBI should be communicating better with the family. If it were my daughter I would want weekly reports anyway and demand to have someone on this case daily..

This girl from 1999 is the Christy Annette Baugus (Moon- probably married name / not sure) This girl is the girl that was fed to the pigs. I may even be able to find the location. It was because of this - that caused the shoot out between roy wyatt and a (supposedly Michael Pearcy) Pearcy was wanted to air his soul and tell of the girl's demise. I was also told that there was another male with him that whatever the situation as to whether he was sent to jail as an accomplice or what, but this unknown male was later found on the side of the road with a bullet hole to the head. AGAIN no answers. I would venture to say that there's not any reports on any of these other than roy telling his side, you see all others are dead now. Even David Maness on this Moon girl's poster has passed. I will confirm tomorrow about whether Hardin or Decatur, but wouldn't 'prize me to find out that Michael Pearcy was the boyfriend. BTW, I wouldn't have any reason to know about any of these. I was hired for the killing of JC Conrad and thru all of this, I have learned of ALL THESE others and now a possibility of another one. This madness has to stop. What kind of work do you do? You say you were hired for killing??

April wrote: Larry Wallace TBI...TENNESSEE UNDERWORLD Top police agency loses 24 kilos of cocaine Guard broke into new facility's 'theft-proof' evidence vault with coat hanger Posted: January 11, 20011:00 am Eastern By Charles C. Thompson II and Tony Hays © 2011 WorldNetDaily.com A security guard at the new, ultra-modern Tennessee Bureau of Investigation headquarters used a wire coat hanger to steal 22 kilos of cocaine seized by the Tennessee Highway Patrol as evidence in a Dickson County, Tenn., narcotics case, according to high-ranking Tennessee Bureau of Investigation officials. And fighting for his political life, TBI Director Larry Wallace, a longtime political ally of Vice President Al Gore, is pulling out all stops to keep the details of the incident out of the press. Those same TBI officials, speaking on condition of anonymity, say Wallace, whose ongoing problems with securing evidence were detailed in earlier WND reports, has been calling in favors from all over Tennessee to keep the story from going public. Tennessee Bureau of Investigation officials were unaware that the cocaine was missing until a Tennessee Highway Patrol officer arrived last week to pick up the evidence for trial. The TBI couldn't find the cocaine or any record showing its disposition. In an effort to track down the missing evidence, Wallace sent his agents out to sheriffs' offices in the region asking whether TBI had loaned it to them for a sting operation. A law enforcement tip to reporter Scott Couch of WTVF-TV in Nashville led to a brief report of the theft on Jan. 6. WSMV-TV in Nashville ran a more detailed account on Jan. 9, based on a statement from Tennessee Bureau of Investigation spokesman Mark Gwyn. But the TBI statement left out the method the guard used to gain entry to the evidence area, the actual amount of cocaine missing, the amount of cash seized, and the fact that the cocaine was evidence in a pending narcotics case. Confidential sources within TBI headquarters have provided WND with further details of the incident. Arrested in the case was 27-year-old Jody Mark Tolar, an employee of a security firm subcontracted by Meridian Management of Florida. Meridian has a five-year contract with the state of Tennessee to provide security, custodial, maintenance and grounds care for TBI headquarters. Both Tennessee General Services Deputy Commissioner Ed Jones and Meridian Management refused to name the security firm, although Jones confirmed that the state had approved Meridian subcontracting the security for the building. However, the state does not have a copy of the contract between Meridian and the subcontractor, U.S. Security. Wallace, the TBI's director since 1992, had lobbied the state legislature for the new facility for several years. Chief among his arguments for the $20.5 million appropriation was the inadequacy of evidence storage at their former location. Evidence had been stored in an old cafeteria, and TBI officials admitted to Commission on the Accreditation of Law Enforcement Agencies program officer Steve Mitchell that they illegally removed evidence from unsecured locations in order to pass the commission's inspections. Ignoring those admissions to Mitchell, CALEA renewed the TBI's accreditation last August, about the same time that the new headquarters was opened. At that ceremony, on Aug. 31, 2000, Wallace called the building "the flagship of the criminal justice system in Tennessee." Despite those boasts, Tolar used a wire coat hanger to penetrate the allegedly "theft-proof" evidence vault. The guard allegedly gained entry through double-glass doors equipped with push-bars. The coat hanger was slipped between the doors and then hooked around the bar. they could never get the correct facts,

Praying for Holly wrote: just wondering if you have proof have you gave it to somebody other than the local LE?? what about the family members of the so called suicide victims, are they still in the community?? do they know about the evidence?? one last question (sorry just curious) you said that people don't speak up for 1 or 2 reasons because of fear or they are part of it, why don't the ones that know about all this and are afraid move get out of that place.. Get that community help from far far away!!! youd have to know how alot of these small towns work. I learned myself why Bufford Pusser was so pissed off. Even bigger towns like Jackson is crooked as hell. Woolfork is as crooked as they come too. Ive lived in several small crooked towns. The cheif in Chester County even told me he knew I havent lived there very long because I didnt know who i was dealin with, and they refused to let me file a report, then alla sudden i had cars parked on my land watching me, then had a for sale sign on my land there shortly after, i had the option of coming up with the remaining 7,000 i owed on it or Id have lost it. Judge McKenzie is also the lawyer and land assessor there so go figure. When I shut my mouth about what happened to my daughter they all left me alone. Madison Countys woolfork gang ran me out of town in there own way, chester county almost did. Ive learned its really who you know and the big dawgs have all the pull.

They do whatever the hell they wanna do and that's just the God damn truth. How some of these people sleep at night is a mystery to me. I know a couple that might wanna keep one eye open though. Just saying what comes around goes around and that type of justice will creep up on your ass when a person least expects it. Not all LE is corrupt and hats off to the real good guys out there. They deserve all the respect and support they can get.
