This happened when the last police chief retired a few years ago. He got around $500,000.

In the four years Luther has been mayor nothing has changed. More waste; more taxes, plus all kinds of federal corruption investigations.

It's time to vote out Luther. You pay him over $105,000 per year to sit on his butt and waste your money. Get him out in November.
