Was wondering what ever happened with this case. The reason I'm interested is that I am from Bill Privett's hometown. Haven't seen nor heard anything about him in many years until I read about the sad misfortune of his ex-girlfriend. Such a shame...But was wondering if he has ever been to court or if he got out of jail on bond or what was going on with the case.

No Bill Privett is not out of jail or does he need to be he killed one person and totally ruin another persons quality of life and took a mother away from her childern and the guy that was driving bill that day is the father of those kids. Now they dont have mom or dad anymore and as far as Bill I hope he spends the rest of his life paying for it. I dont know the Bill you Knew but the one that lives in Ruskin Florida Is a Dr unk Woman Beater and deserves everything he gets and i know all partys that were involved and Shirley was a friend of mine now she doesnt even know who I am because her mother will not let anyone that card about her know how she is doing But I guess that is just away of dealing with what Bill has done!!
