Registered tier II sex offender charged with gross sexual imposition on a 4yr old little girl is living INSIDE of the school zone for Washington park Elementry School. The law states "No known sex offender may live within 1000 feet from any school zone". While i notified the Sheriffs office, no action seems to be taken. Why is the village of newburgh hts allowing this?

When you type in your address, you must put Cleveland as the city or it wont come up. His last name is Knezeak and he is a resident of Alpha Ave. I searched the city zone map today and sure enough he is living in the school zone. He molested a 4yr old little girl, I feel having him in the perimeters of a school adds to the thret that he is likely to give in and do it again. |
