All day long ppl walk in public while smoking a Marlboro & that's legal yet more harmful. Pot smoke does not cause cancer, at least not when it's grown organically. Plus I would much rather the future generation of children smoke weed instead of cigerettes. Bottom Line. We will always grow & smoke Marijuana. No matter the law. It's our given right. If the GOV. Pushes us to far We will bear arms arms & overthrow them. That is also another Right we have as Americans. Like it or not Asian guy , The FEDS, the DEA or Even Obama himself has no authority to Stop us from growing & smoking as much weed as we can. THESE ARE UNDISPUTABLE FACTS.!!

You might want to look up the statistics relating to the # of deaths each year related to smoking as compaired to those related to marijuana. So lets try another challenge. I'll toke up every day and you chain-smoke. And in 30 years "See which one makes it??? Har-Har!"

Cars were only suppose to drive on hemp fuel. Oil came around the same time the car was invented and the government to this day is fcking everyone. Oil burns dirty. Hemp burns cleaner and makes your motor last longer. Read all about it, read all about it.

The reason hemp oil makes your engine last longer is due to a few things. 1. Because it's cleaner less sludge build up. 2. It's viscosity break up point takes longer to reach & withstands higher heat than petroleum based oils! 3. Because of # 1 & 2. You also get a little better fuel economy.( 1-3 extra MPG ) Marijuana, get some for your car today ! Lol Hemp oil along with alcohol fuel & our cars would have much more power & better mpg. Oh yeah, better for earth too.

How often are the top Importers and big time dealers busted??? There is more users and very low level dealers in jail on tax payers money than the kingpins that should be. Let's not to mention how fucked up Mexico is with drug wars over importing. As a ex smoker it didn't make want to rob and kill just relax and have a good time. I have not smoked in 9 years and I'm a very productive person and I know a few smokers who are just as productive as I am if not more. By holding a job not going to jail raising a family and contributing to my community

Totally agree with you. What always disturbs me about these proposed laws is the lack of infrastructure planning presented. How will all of this be managed? What system, tools, etc. will be used? What about the healthcare costs associated with increased users/addicts/usage? We still can't seem to get a grip on our alcohol/cigarettes issues: Why add another vice to the pile? How else will my taxes be spent? Who else's problems do I have to pay for?

You get it wrong at the start. Marijuana is not addictive, and it does not impair the mental. This has been verified experimentally again and again. MJ is a slight inebriant with healthy consequences, especially compared to drugs like tobacco, alcohol and most tranquilizers and antidepressant. It is pleasurable and can lead to some habituation for people having some life trouble, but then again it is better for those people to habituate themselves to cannabis instead of most known legal products. So the evidences are that, when legal, cannabis prevents the use of drugs and medications. Anyway, addiction, even strong one, can be cured. It is an health problem, and the medication exists and are efficacious, like with Tabernanthe iboga or Salvia divinorum. This illustrates how much prohibition leads to misinformation, and create the drug problem, where before there was just incidental problems, nor more than we sport and bikes. As we have explain often, including references, cannabis legalization would lead to much *less* "brain dead and stupidity", if only by being regulated instead of sold at abnormal price in all streets in the whole world by gangsters who target the kids and never ask for ID.

You start from a wrong premise. Once all drugs are legal, the drug consumption diminishes, the healthcare costs diminishes drastically. In countries where drugs are better regulated you have one or two pharmacies per town. Where drugs are illegal, you are sold addictive medication and the state becomes a drug dealer, and you get one or two if not more pharmacies per street, and much more impaired people by alcohol and legal medication. So it is not a question of adding another vice to the pile, but as making legal an excellent medications against vices and many health problem.
