He is a con artist who stole my retirement fund. Similar to Bernie Madoff but Roberts was selling "Texas State Tax Liens." He took my $ and would not return it. He is a thief. I'm hopeful somebody knows him and will turn him in. He has stolen over millions of dollars and was putting $ into Trust at banks in Belize. Others have been ripped off by this guy. Please help me find him. I'm praying for a miracle.
