Our heartfelt condolences go out to both families during this very difficult and sad time. It's always tragic to lose a loved one, but around the holidays is the absolute worst. We knew Chris from the barber shop and our son loved him. We are praying for his wife Ronda and that she makes a speedy recovery. Rest in Peace Chris!

We are so shocked and heartbroken for our sister-in-law Susan Perrone. Sue is Christopher Ianno's sister from NY.
Sue and Chris grew up in different families not knowing the other existed until Chris found Sue in August of 2007. They soon became as close as a brother and sister could be. They met each other for the first time in September of 2007. Sue visited Chris in Florida this fall to meet her cousins for the very first time. Chris came to NY in November to spend Thanksgiving with Sue and her family.
They only had 3 occasions to spend with each other and now this....
Sue -- to you and the rest of Christopher's family, we extend our heartfelt condolences and heartbreak for all involved in this tragically, sad story...

People who are wearing seatbelts are not usually ejected from the car......unless the seats came out of the car with the victims still strapped in.......... I will await a full report before making a judgement...... Condolences to their family. Given the time of morning, no other cars involved, makes one believe that alcohol or falling asleep at the wheel were the cause of the accident.

May GOD Bless Chris and grant Ronda the strength to fight to heal. I was a long time friend of Christopher's. I met Chris when I was 17 years old.
We met when I went to get my hair cut at the old barber shop. Chris saw me through high school and on to become a police officer. Chris then saw my career change to the fire service. My father Steve also thought very highly of Chris. Chris, you will always be remembered and loved. We love you Chris... Matt, Steve, and Jill...
TO ALL YOU SPECULATORS PLEASE STOP THE POSTS OF ALCOHOL, SEATBELTS, OR ANYTHING ELSE... THIS IS A RAW DEAL AND YOUR JUDGMENT OR INSIGHT IS NOT WANTED OR NEEDED, JUST THOUGHTs AND PRAYERS PLEASE..........

This is Chris's cousin, Christine. For everone to know, Chris WAS wearing a seatbelt and the case is still being investigated. I will miss him with all my heart and wish he could've been here to see my baby girl be born, who is due on February 24th. Im sure in some way he will be here, I hope so. He was like a brother to my sister and I and we will never go a day without thinking of him. I hope his Mom, my Mom and our Grandma & Grandpa are up there and they are all together. I know he is happy then. Ronda is doing better but is still in bad condition. She has some broken vertabres (sp?) in her back, a bad broken arm and the healing process will be a long one. My sister and I have taken on all of the funeral arrangements for the funeral and we were not able to get a release of the body form signed from Ronda until about 2 days ago (when she became more coherent). His funeral will most likely be held this Sunday, January 6th (I will post further details when I find out the time and everything) It has been very hard financially and we are trying to collect donations for the service. So, if you or anyone you know would like to make a cash donation to help you can send it to my work at 7305 W. Sample Road, Suite #206/ Coral Springs, FL 33065. Any amount will help. Also, include your contact info to that address and I will give it to Ronda so she can get in touch with any of you. I cannot give out her information at this time so this would be the best way to get into contact with her.

Dear All, This is Ronda Ianno, Chris' wife. I am sitting here on January 2, 2007 writing this in still pretty bad condition at North Broward Medical Center. On December 21, 2007 I lost my very best friend, my life, my lover, and the greatest step father that this world has ever seen. I was in the vehicle and barely survied the crash myself. It was only Chris and I in the car, and seat belts indeed were worn. Just a few comments I would like to say to my husband. Christopher, for all my life I'd wished since I was a little girl, for a man to sweep me off my feet riding a horse and armour and to take me away to a big and beatuful palace and I would be his princess. Well would'nt you know thats exacly what you gave me. You were the man who swooped me off my feet, okay so maybe not the horse, but you truly made me your princess. I have never loved another man like I have loved you and never, ever will. You were my soul mate, and I truly love you forever. After everyone cries for you and returns to their normal lives, it will be me, with the everlasting empty space that will remain in my chest where my heart used to be. You are the only person that I have ever loved like this and I promise you babe, I will be back in your arms again someday I was with you at the end babe, and I can only deeply apologize for the all of the pain and sufferring that came along with the reuniting of your biological sister. Boy do I have a bridge to sell you, I know it was not suppose to end up that way, lets hope she gets the help she needs to better herself far away from this family~ and the only thing I can say is that it was only with great intention that I found her. You were an azamingly beauutiful man, MY AMAZINGLY BEAUTIFUL MAN, and I will love you deeply for all eternity. Chris' true family whom he adored and who have been there truly for him are as follows: his son Nicholas, his twin cousins Christine and Carol, and Kayla. Myself, and my three kids. Ashlyn, DJ, and Daniel. John Calderera, Paul & John Verdigllione, Frank~ you were more like his father and Anne his mother. Larry and Jessica, Ms B. and many others I am forgetting to mention. Thank You All! With all my love & true respect, Ronda Ianno.

Christopher was my cousin. He was loved. He was cared for. And now hes gone. Im only 11 years old but I know he is in a better place. He was always there to help me through times in need. He knows exactly what to say. In lack of better words everyone has a death and god chose his to be early. And we all know people dont just die for no reason. God did what he had to do. And we all are in pain ecpecially me My aunt Christine Eulo who also wrote on here , Nicholas Ianno his 10 year old son and my mother Carol DeFroscia his beloved cousin. We were all he had in life. Im sure we will get through this but it will take a lot of time.
