DA: Investigation of Kilbourne teacher case incomplete

I know this girl. I know her family. If she is guilty, she should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. With that being said, I would be absolutely shocked if this is proven true. One problem I see from the news reports is that officials says she did not do it at school, but at home or cell...which is it? They should know specifically! Is it possible someone got her password? Where these posted from another location? Check IP addresses….this should not be difficult to prove! People are savvy these days-especially if they are holding a grudge. Maybe someone didn't get the right amount of playing time. This seems like the kind of case that should be cut and dry. By the way, what was she reprimanded for if there was no specific policy regarding communication with students (admitted by school officials in local paper)? Why isn't there an official policy? What are you guys waiting on? WAKE UP!! It seems to me the administration has their head in the sand!

I am sure the news media checked the IP before they disclosed the information. The messages were not just a one time thing. They went on for several weeks. Kids with a grudge for lack of playing time wouldn't keep it up for that period of time. It's hard to imagine that someone we know would do something as horrible as this; however, from all accounts, that proves to be the case in this situation.
