Coach still on standby in sex trial

If this had been a male teacher, would the D.A. take this much time before an arrest were made? It is hard to believe that anyone, male/female, would violate the trust that we as parents have in our teachers; however, if anyone reads the newspapers or watches T.V., they would realize that this type of thing DOES happen. It is sad for the family of the victim and the family of the young woman. Neither deserved to be humilated or disappointed by someone they love. Rather than putting the blame on the victim, his family, or anyone else, it totally rests on the teacher. As far as the school system goes, yes, they are going to say it "happened away from school." They do not want any responsibility of the actions of one of their employees. One question still remains unanswered: Has the D.A. confiscated HER cell phone/messages or HOME computer? Regardless of WHERE the messages were sent from, she did wrong and should be held responsbile for her actions. She was an adult...he was a child. Plain and simple.

Does anybody know what this teacher has on DA Coenen and ADA Lancaster?
