We have been looking for our 2 granddaughters for a long time and now finally located the father whose address is Grafton. The father left the state without notifying the mother so she has not been able to use her noncustodial visitation and parental rights which was granted through the divorce order. We have found that he has been arrested for a 2nd controlled substance charge and now is very worried about the girls. The mother has tried everything in trying to find them there and no one will call her back. Is it normal for your county to allow someone who was picked up for possession of controlled substance (plead guilty)and unlawful possession of controlled substance (marijuana) in less than a year still have our granddaughters? Are they safe? We love them and miss them so much. We want to talk to them and see them but how can we when no one will help us. I guess it's okay for the father to withhold court order visitations and still do marijuana and have nothing done to him. Please help in telling us who we can contact in Grafton in finding them.
Thank you. |
