kenny, you say free dustin , you say she was the love of his life.......... you need to learn what love is , its not taking the ones life , you suppose to protect them from harm , if he really loved her , he would have left the scene and got help or would have died with her trying to save her life , and you wouldnt leave the love of your life dead in a field and not say nothing . crack smokers or meth users all have their love with the drug , thats why its called the devils drug ..... he has her name tat on him , that will be his hell that will remind him of her everyday , let him get a life sentence , and he will see her everyday ,cause of his tat .......... i feel as the world is today that the parents, should take care of their kids and i believe thats why god gave them as a gift to us ..... and the law should change and the legal age of adult is 21 . grandparents already raised their kids , they are there for them to visit , not where they have to raise them . there is help out there for parents and kids together as a family . talk to your kids always and be a parent not a friend or a part time parent . my heart goes out to her grandparents , my god bless them alway . that uncle of hers has alot of love for her , god bless him . god will have revenge on the kids who done this , and people , the love of your life doesnt sit there and watch harm come to you or death , they protect you .

She kept in touch through texting and telephone calls to her family, but what about Have your ASS in the house by midnight or 1...How about"I am the parent and you will do what I say" How about "that dope head your children is in love, tell your kids, they aint shit" They will hurt you and kill you if needed or have their dumb, dope head friends do it for their Coward Asses. I understand how you are feeling, and I know the boys that did this will get punished. I do not know any of them, but I do know you can't force your children to say away from people they don't want to stay away from. You can tell your teenagers all you want to be home at a certain time, do as I say etc., but what are you going to do when they don't? You can't lock them up. You can raise your children and they can be perfect, but you can't control what they do when you are not with them. You can try an advise them not to hang out with certain people, but you can't pick and choose their friends. They will just rebel more. The thing is, Keighley, from my understanding had just gotten her own apartment. She was 18 and considered an adult. This in no way was her fault nor her parents. What the boys did was not their parents fault either. My heart goes out to the families of them all especially Keighley. I do hope the boys get the harshest punishment, but you can't blame the parents. No one knows what these families were going through with the kids and no one knows how they were raised. You can talk until you are blue in the face to your children, but that doesn't mean you can control what they do when they are not in your presence. I am not taking up for anyone, just stating the facts. I am very grateful my children tunred out to be wonderful adults,but that doesn't mean we didn't have any issues or problems with them. You can only do your best when raising them, and then you just have to pray that God protects them and pray they make the right choices.

Drugs do bad things to people;a person can change overnight with drug use.Things happen that cannot be undone. Parents,grandparents,all get hurt.Drug use in this generation is accepted.Chances are that these kids folks did drugs, grandparents probably did not.Mental deterioration,emotional problems, affect kids whose parents did drugs, especially at time of conception, and kids seeing lifestyle of parents. Ya know, this may be today's headlines, and in time a lot of people will forget. Once the sensationalism of this crime has gone cold, the families of all involved will never have a full day of peace again. And kids should not have kids, kids should not have sex until they have matured and are married with full commitment to their family. There are a lot of grandparents raising their kid's kids, and probably that is the best that could happen. A lot of parents never grow up,they have one kid after another, different fathers, if they even know who the father is, and their lives will never be conducive to raising a child. Our country is in a bad state right now. And the government is wanting to give $500 to each newborn? Sounds like the time I was on a bus as a teenager and overheard two females saying that it was time to have another baby, they needed another check from the government. And we have done our best to remove God, prayer and anything ethical, from our schools.Instead,we just roll over and let the immoral liberals run our country.
I do not think that I am on the same level as some of the youth that are making comments on this issue, because I was a youth long ago. And God has not changed, we change issues to what we want to justify

See, you kids thaink tha it is okay to party. Your partying is underage drinking, and illegal drug use. Throw in casual sex, emotions, and kids whose brain is not yet developed, and that is a recipe for potential disaster. How can girls, and guys, sleep with someone that has no committment to you? How do you walk down the street, with present boy/girlfriend,go to school and pass someone that you have had sex with? And if you see nothing wrong with this, and have no qualms about it, then that is the basic reason that these kind of things happen.
