Williams comment "people feel comfortable and safe with the way the city is run" would be laughable if not so pathetic and demonstrates just how out of touch the mayor is with the problems that plague Park City. Over the past 8 years Williams has completely ignored the illegal immigration issue allowing a drug cartels and gangs to infiltrate our city and schools.

One the up side, illegal drugs are plentiful and you can get your yard care for cheap.

PC Tax from good ol' San Antonio. Just another post that leaves me wondering when he will throw in the towel and ride off into the sunset. Absentee joker.

Shows what you know about City government - good thing your candidate lost! It is not up to the Cities to do something about illegal immigrants - that is the role of the federal government. If you weren't in San Antonio, you would know that the streets get plowed and the parks are beautiful, which is their job!

Is it safe to go back in the Kimball yet? His voice carries through the whole place and ruins the experience. You need earplugs in order to bear it. Shut up and serve coffee, if you must. Patrons: go to Internet Cafe across the street, an actual business.

I am sad that I couldn't support either candidate for mayor. Both of them support more traffic, more air pollution, a declining qaulity of life, more grafitti, more crime, want to drain Rockport resevoir. Dana talks a good game but all of his policies in the ling run are basically pro-development with a green PR job washed over them. It is too bad. This town used to be cool.

I thought this was about the election and not about coffee. Nice priorities.

OMG these comments are pathetic!
Look how many people voted! The population of Park City is well over 8000 and probably over 10,000. Are there only 1800 adults here and 7000 children or maybe that is 7000 illegals! Williams probably got 10% of the vote - pathetic! Nobody voted because no one cares - he is a giant doofus! How could you elect a coffee barista to be Mayor especially with what is going on in the economy. He is a bad realtor and a bad barista. Now there is a leader for you. Who in their right mind would let this man run their private life, finances etc. yet, you elected him to run the town! Walk around PC and take a look at what is going on - Williams is a joke! Just so you know, people laugh at him behind closed doors.

By the way, what does having a "black" president have to do with anything? Are you one of the people that voted for him because of the color of his skin? He is another joker!
You can't take from the successful people for yourself because they will always have more and be more than you because they are smarter. A better idea would be to get off your lazy arse and try to emulate a highly wealthy successful person instead of crying "it's not fair!"

Way to many illegals here and it starts at the local level. The federal government has never been successful at anything. Now that jobs are slim they will just suck more from the social programs and those of us that get up everyday trying to keep our jobs will pay higher taxes to take care of them!

You are an idiot on so many levels, but I will stick to the subject of Dana being re-elected. If people actually were laughing behind Williams' back behind closed doors, than those citizens would have surely turned out to vote to ensure he was not re-elected. People vote when they are unhappy, though I believe they should always vote. I am guessing you didn't bother. The fact that Dana had such a commanding win is a direct result of Parkites' satisfaction.

I think that the best candidate, Dana Williams for the office of Mayor of Park City won. I believe that Dana Williams has successfully held the office of Mayor of Park City for eight years for a reason. I like his views & goals of what needs to be done to improve Park City and feel he has accomplished those goals. I am very pleased and feel that the incumbent Williams is the best candidate and winner for the office of Mayor of Park City. I want to thank the Park Record for the opportunity and giving me the platform to express my views and comments. Sincerely, Cheri Sweet

The ignorant always play the race card even when confronted with the obvious. Park City Taxpayers comment was absolutely right. Illegal immigration is taking a huge toll on the community and having a detrimental effect.
Take a look at the Park City Most Wanted list. It's not racist to point out the obvious and I'm not dissing my own here BUT Williams and his liberal ilk would rather provide a sanctuary city in order to get the slave labor. He could care less about the effects its having on the town.

Daily Horoscope for December 22

Leo

If you ask someone to give you a hand today, don't be surprised if they make a mess of it. That's probably because their mind isn't on the job, but it might also be because your instructions aren't as clear as usual. So before you get angry, check that what you said made sense. Relations with someone older or more influential than you could also be blighted by confusion or doubt now.
