Park City voters were manipulated beyond belief by a smoke and mirrors behind the scenes smear campaign that diverted attention from the real issues at hand. How do you like your "open" government now?

Political prestidigitation.
LOOK ! Over there ! Ooooh, it's Treasure, and we are agin' it, even though it was approved 20 years ago.
Now, while voters' attention is focused elsewhere, we will drop millions into a shaky deal with no public discussion. But in this deal, if the developers don't like our input, we agree to buy them out at a fixed price, in the middle of a real estate valuation crisis.
If this deal was good for the City, it would have been discussed openly, proudly, and used as an issue in the campaign. Right?
The fact that it was not raises serious questions regarding the appearance of impropriety.
Inquiring minds want to know - what kind of grease was used to lubricate this deal?
I can tell why Boyer likes it.
