Went to a local tanning place, and caught this ULTRA worm (a fungus). If you want one it will only cost you tanning fees, doctor fees, and medicine fees. But if you get one and decide you donít want it, there are no refunds.

The good thing is that you get skin cancer for free! Seriously, tanning is one of the stupidest things you can do. Do some research on melanoma. Tanning is on par with smoking in terms of being bad for you.

there is no possible way you got a fungus from a tanning bed. The science behind that speaks volumes. You have been somewhere else dirty like a toilet?

Yeah right. A wonder puts her sweating nasty body on the bed. How well are the beds cleaned between uses?

Interesting. I sometimes wonder if it "cooks" your internal organs over time. I don't guess that's possible.

It doesn't affect your internal organs, but it's murder on your skin, and it increases your risk of melanoma (one of the nastiest, most dangerous, most deadly types of cancer) exponentially. UV light is not your friend, period.

Not really. It is entirely possible to get a fungus from a tanning bed.

I was exposed to a fungus from a nail Solon in Paris. Doctor and drugs was very costly. Does any of the hair salon offer manicure and pedicure?

I am the owner of Ultra Tan and I am the one you spoke to. Just like the people in the previous post have said ,there is no way you caught a ring worm from our beds. I heard you tried to sue the previous owners unsuccessfully for these same reasons. If you are gonna be big enough to try and slander our name the least you could do is research your claims before you post.

Most white people think taking the chance on getting a fungus is worth being able to turn themselves into dark skinned people. White ain't right. Pale is hell.

Ok, so I researched it online and you can get ringworm from a tanning bed ( or anywhere else) if not properly disinfected. I'm am NOT saying this person got it at your place, especially since she has tried to sue before. It also said that people who get this are predisposed to it. I wonder if she has cats? They are the number one carrier of this nasty, but easy to cure fungus. It says online to make sure your disinfectant is the correct ratio and wait one minute before someone else uses the bed. Good Luck. I have only heard good things about your business.

I have tanned at ultra tan for the last 15 years and never had a problem. Not with the new owners or the old owners. If you don't want to tan, then go on about your business
Tanning is like everything else in life, you make the choice and live with your choice.
