Paul Ryan speaking with Tim Geithner about this was very interesting. If this doesn't provide a "clue" that we need to solve our budget issues I don't know what will.

The chart shown in the photo is on page 58.

In my opinion, this is to keep the heat off of the Obama administration until after his next term ends (if re-elected).

The budget proposals stabilize the debt in the short term. After that, around 2018, tax hikes start kicking in regarding Obamacare. These hikes continue through 2021.

The link in my first post doesn't work anymore for me. Maybe other posters can still view it. Taking an alternate route, I'm also having trouble finding the original pdf on the gov website. Weird. So, I'm having trouble finding the info there.

However, there's plenty of info on the net. Here's a couple of links
