I just thought of something. My oldest son is learning to play the Guitar. He has a badass rock Guitar teacher in Roswell GA. But when we move to Paris he's screwed. Unless any of you Parisites[lol] know of a good teacher. He plays mosty metal, speed metal and punk rock. He still learning but learning fast. I need to find him a teacher in or near Paris.

My wife and I go dancing a lot in Camden, Paris, Trezevant.
Very good guitar players that can play anything.
Surprised nobody is responding.
Have you advertised in paper?
Money talks.

I know of this one man who plays in Tevezant and can play anything, good singer too but I don't know if he teaches.
Lot's of good guitar players here, I pick a little myself although I am far from being good.
When I was in the Vo-Tech school here in Paris I knew of a high schooler who was in a band, punk rock and what have ya.
Watched the video he had and they were a-knockin heads together while playing.
I noticed at times in the local paper bands would be needing guitar players.

Sounds good, especially here in Paris.
None of my buisness, but I recommend that he learns to play all different types of music because once he is really good he will be able to.
Gotta go where the money is.
Does he have good vocal chords?
I know that one man in Trevezant who sings and picks owns a Harley and a airplane.
But a lot of pickers have a day time job and pickin is part- time on the weekends but make good money.
Your son would be in the teenage area and the heavy head banging music is popular, I imagine good money also.

As far as singing who knows. He's just 14 and his voice hasn't changed yet. I don't think he want to sing anyway he just wants to play.

A good friend of ours make up to $400 an hour as a studio guitarist.

Dan Knowles in Paris is a very good guitar player and teacher. His studio is on Ruff St.
Also, the Lee Academy for the Arts has classes in guitar, art, ceramics, dance, etc. Their web site is www.schoolforthearts.org .

You should call Stephen Grimstead. He's an excellent guitarist, and from what I've been told, an excellent teacher, too. If you want someone that's artistic, not a hick, and able to think outside the box, then Grimstead's your man.

My mother likes Dan Knowles and if my memory is correct he gave her a real nice piano.
