Most of the plant here in Paragould has not worked since December 15th. A few departments went back to work today and now they are are being told that ALL Tenneco plants will be totally closed for a week next week this encludes All salaried employees. The snowball keeps rolling down hill.

This is not a rumor. Next week, all Tenneco facilities, except the dc, will be shutdown. This is being done due to all salaried employees being forced to take a lay off week as well. Corporate is doing this to generate some cash reserves by not having to pay the salaried employees.

Sounds like I touched a nerve with a team leader, and your user name is exactly right for a team leader because all they do is run to Keith Cooper two by two so they can WHINE or tell on someone. As I said B4 USELESS

Are there any temps. working in the DC, you would think that if they got rid of the temps that would save alot from a layoff, my thinking is that they are going to do away with 2nd shift in dept. 13
