Had a fta on a non payment and I got served with it yesterday, and I paid my balance off that I owed, and now I have to go to court for my fta.. does the judge just dismiss my fta since I paid my balance off in cash??(Fta= Failure to appear)...

In most cases, yes. But, it is entirely up to the Judge. You will probably gain more fines & court costs.
