I love this place! The spicy chicken vegetable is the best!! And I always have great service there. Jennifer Hamilton always takes good care of me!

Love the crispy crust on the pizza. Drafts do seem watery, so I get a bottle of whatever suits my fancy for the night. Is a bit pricey but worth it. Takes awhile but it's called brick oven for a reason!

The service is not just slow, it's almost non existent! I went there, there was about three other tables, and it took them over 30 minutes to get our drink order for a family of four! The service is pathetic!!!

I am a huge fan of Brick Oven! My family and I always have great service and the food is always delicious. I don't really think its that pricey... We've fed our family of 4 cheaper at Brick Oven than making a run thru the drive-thru at McDonald's...

Brick Oven is a great place to eat! Food and service are great most of the time! Everyone has a bad experience once in their life! My only complaint is that a couple times we were in there it was really hot!

We like there pizza alright, but we have NEVER been that they didn't get our order wrong!!! The only reason we go is for family birthdays (the other members pick to go there) & everytime they have to give us a free coupon cause they screw our order up!!! Seriously?! The last time we went everyone else in our party was finished & our pizz hadn't even arrived, come to find out, the waitress forgot to turn our order in & wasn't even gonna tell us!!! Then she tried to act like it was no big deal we had waited 45 minutes and still had nothing to show 4 it! We will Never go again!!

Okay, for those who love Brick Oven, it's nice to know that there are people who have taste. The pizza is made WHEN you order, not before one even arrives there. For those who do not love Brick Oven, go to Pizza Inn or Pizza Hut or any other establishment whose ingredients are shipped in already prepped. As I understand and have seen at Brick Oven, they do the prep there! Sure, it's slower than Pizza Inn, but well worth it. Pricey? You gotta be kiddin' me. Quality is worth paying for and I personally have not felt their charges were too high. Service is top notch there, too. Believe me, from what I've seen the servers take from cruddy customers, they're a lot nicer than I would be!

The food is pretty good but as with all resturants, the salads are made from packaged lettuce. I hate that taste and smell. The other food I have tried there is great. The service is very slow. They need air conditioning on the patio or whatever the thing is called.

Take a couple of Viagra old-timer.... But pizza ain't got nuttin' to do with that particular problem. I eat there quite often & I'm always ready to get busy!(Either alone or with somebody) lol

So to all of you that say brick oven service is terrible go in and give it another try! I've noticed that they have several new servers and they hussle constantly. Completely new atmosphere as far as I could tell. My family and I really enjoyed our visit!

Sir you are sadly mistaken they are prepared in brick ovens. You can see them through the glass window and where you stand to check out. I am sure that the manager would allow you to have a look if you asked. Oh and by the way it's spelled sue, not sew<<< that would be like "you reap what you sew" and right now you are sewing malicious blasphomous seeds, you shouldn't talk about things you know nothing about.
