Spenda does not have the ingredient aspertine in it our dr. says use splenda especially for men. Aspertine is not good for the prostrate.

I've seen Nutri System products at Big Lots in Jonesboro. They are kind of pricy but I guess if you want to try something before you commit to the program you might check it out. |
