I agree. Her poor son must be so embarrased by this all. I don't doubt that the family is hurting but this is a private mater and the mother should have respect for her teenaged son during this rough time and very rough age. Do you think that he gets teased at school?

He was already getting teased at school and assassinated in this newspaper. I applaud the mother teaching her son that there is a time to stand up for onesself. This story has yet to prove the truth. There are several who have posted info. that others have not picked up on. Who are these 2 & 3 "prosecuting mothers"' Plague has offered some legitimate reasoning. Might it be there has been a rivalry going for a long time w/many involved. Getting even sometimes raises a dirty hand. Sooner or later the truth will prevail. There is always guilty & innocent involved. Sometimes those roles might just be reversed when the real truth is known. This is a small town, much is known about all involved.

I grew up in Paradise and moved away first chance I got, and as I read all of this I have never been more glad I left. You all that spread your hate here, are all hipocrites who let hate and gossip consume your life. I also grew up with Toni and I am a mother of teenagers. Would I ever want this done to my son, no IF indeed this was true. I have not known her as an adult but just cant imagine her that way, however; I am not going to pass judgement because I WAS NOT THERE.... Were all of you???? To the mother of the "victim" you seem to thrive on all of this attention. If this was my child I sure as hell would not be getting into blogs and trying to battle wits with other people who have an opinion.You should not have to defend your son if he is an innocent victim right?
