What tax...?
Think man, think, use whatever gray matter you might still have residing between your ears...LOL
Who do you think will make up the difference for the 15 or 20 years taxes the companies will not be paying?
Who do you suppose will pay for all the infrastructure?
Who will pay for the land the company will occupy?
Who will pay to build the schools the employees kids will be attending?
Even you could probably think of at least a dozen other things the community/ State will end up paying for...LOL
It even turns out that some states even get stuck with the tab for training the companies employees...LOL
You don't seem to understand that companies like Amazon say whatever the local or State authorities want to hear, but when push comes to shove, the companies run off with the tax free profits and the locals end up holding the bag....
Here, educate yourself before you open that big fat mouth without engaging your 3 brain cells....ROTFLMAO
http://www.stlouisfed.org/publications/re/art...
OOPPS I forgot to address your link........

Only a moronic liberal like oslama would invest or partner in a situation that does not benefit the state.........LOL

California did when they booted Amazon.
oslama did with Solyndra

But a intelligent business person could cut a deal that will only be win win situation......

You have to remember that only a tiny percent of the population are moronic liberals like you and would not cut a good deal for their state or city.........

Do you realize that the revenue from the 2k employees and the money they spent would be more for the state of california than the sales tax that they wanted Amazon to collect for them???

If they gave the tax wivr for one and a half years they would be collecting the payroll tax and the income tax and the tax on the money the workers spent.
Then in one and a half years they would collect the sales tax also.....

But they chose to collect ZERO from Amazon instead..........LOL
Now that is a moronic liberal decision.........ROTFLMAO

Are you really that stupid....LOL
lets take Amazon moving to TN.......
They are looking at moving into a vacant piece of property that state is collecting nothing in tax from..
Property tax is paid to the county........LOL
Now they build a building and the taxes that are collected from the sales tax on the material to the pay roll tax are now flowing to the state.
They then hire 7k people that they said they will guarantee to hire or give back the tax credits.....
These 7k people all pay payroll tax along with Amazon paying their share.
The 7k people also pay state tax.
The 7k people also spend most of their money in the state creating even more jobs (unless they are a liberal like road toad and then a liberal will chose to spend the money outside of the state)
So the state went from collecting ZERO in tax from that property to getting tons of tax money.....
And remember it is you that says the economy needs customers to boost the economy and hiring 7k unemployed people will do just that.......
Schools....LOL
They would hire local people that their children are already in schools.........LOL
Please tell us one of these dozens of things the star will get stuck paying for.....
OOOPS ya can't because Amazon like they told California will spend the money they would have paid in tax to get them infrastructure off the ground.........LOL
That was the deal California turned down..........LOL
Only a liberal would call a positive cash flow for TNN a expense.........
You see most people are not moronic liberals like you and know how to cut a good deal.....
Same thing happened in Mexico......
Chevron has built a whole town here in Mexico.
Over 2k houses completed and 5k more being built today.
Chevron ran miles of new railroad.
Built hundreds of miles of roads
Developed a water source and built a huge lake to store the water in....
Mexico has spent not one penny......
They did give up income tax for a set period of years.......
But from the first day Chevron started working the project has and will continue to be a positive cash flow for Mexico.
So tell us how this cost Mexico one penny.....
Tell us how if Amazon does not move to canada how it will cost Tn one penny..........LOL
Waiting

Jeesus Christ man...

Are you mentally addled or what...? LOL

Here I give you a link detailing about how such incentives frequently turn out and you keep on rambling about some sweetheart deal that Amazon never intended in honoring with California in the first place.

Then you bloviate some more about your fantasies on how Chevron is building hundreds of miles of roads and thousands of houses for the Mexicans just out of the goodness of their heart ... ROTF LMAO

Believe you me, by the time Chevron gets through with Mexico and sucking their lifeblood the Mexicans are going to wish they never heard of Chevron...LMAO

So once again you claim to be a mind reader and know beyond a shadow of a doubt that Amazon was telling a lie........LOL
Is that why they went from the 2k in new jobs they promised California to 7k jobs they promised TN??
Did you also see that in the contract if they did not hire a minim of 2k employees in California then they would have to pay California the sales tax that they did not collect?
Of course you did not read any of the facts..........LOL
Yes I looked at your link........And yes if a moronic liberal like you cut the deal it would be a losing deal like every deal oslama has cut.......
What you fail to understand is the world is not made up of moronic liberals like you.....
Some of us understand how to cut a win win situation.........
Really.....
So the last 40 years that Mexico and Cheveron have been working together has been bad for Mexico???
Wrong again.....LOL
Fantasies about new roads and railroad???
Wrong again..........LOL
As I have seen it personally..........LOL
Even the deal I cut with Mexico to save tons of money on taxes has certain steps that I must accomplish or all of the back taxes become retroactive.......LOL
Another words if I don't keep my end of the deal I could be handed a tax bill of over a million dollars........
My business could be confiscated.
I could be thrown in jail......
But I understand how a moron liberal like you could not understand how Mexico can make a deal for tax breaks and make sure that if only one of us win in the situation it will be Mexico that wins.....
So you have still not told us how California getting ZERO in taxes from Amazon is better than California getting 2k new jobs and millions in taxes......
Please explain this to us.....
I love to hear how a liberal says that ZERO dollars in taxes is better than millions of dollars in taxes..........
Waiting..........LOL

The cost will be passed onto the consumers ... the little guy. Just like those who benefited from Solar panel instalation - the cost was transfered onto those who didnt have them.

California will come out way ahead by letting Amazon go to TN, as even you could probably figure out from this article... LOL

Tennessee had to pretty much give the farm away and as you can see, Amazon is already welching on the number of jobs it promised...LOL

TN will be lucky if they break even on this deal and Amazon will laugh all the way to the bank...LMAO

You post another fictional story by a far left loon and think anyone other than a moron will believe it..........LOL

So tell us how California will be better of collection ZERO in tax from Amazon compared to hundreds of millions in taxes.......LOL

Waiting..........LOL

Did you even rad the contract that I posted that Amazon offers california???

1. If they did not hire and maintain the 2k workers they would owe all back taxes.
2. It would have cost California not one penny for Amazon to open the distribution center. All expenses paid by Amazon.
3. Amazon already had a office in California and was paying state income tax on the corporation.

So California not only lost the 2k jobs but lost the state tax and the sales tax for ever..........LOL

And Amazon was only asking for 1.5 years to not collect the sales tax....
Billions of dollars Californial lost

But that is what liberals want........
Barefoot, hungry will vote for a liberal.....

Typical mindless conservative response.

When presented with facts they dismiss them as "fictional story by a far left loon" LMAO.

Sure, if Amazon offers California a free deal then why does it turn around and demand ten's of millions of dollars in concession from TN...LOL

Sure, typical mindless conservatives think that Amazon would have given California something for nothing... ROTFLMAO
