75 mph on Pearson Rd is entirely unacceptable.
PPD was supposed to clean up their act on unsafe
driving on the streets of Paradise since the last
high speed chase they conducted resulted in a
wrongful death. In the very words of PPD Chief
Carrigan in the article from the high speed chase
dated Oct 28,2006 he states "We would never chase
anyone through Paradise. It's a threat to everyone
to us and to the public." That's real believable.
Can you recall the time of the speeding officers?
