Yeah, even as Wellersdick shows you examples otherwise... There has been a slowly imerging increase in many areas of the economy in recent months- maybe you should pull your head out of that dark place you have stuck it in.

People in Paradise can't support business here because just about everything is so over priced!
And for a a lot of places the service is horrible..... Thank God Chico is just down the hill....or families would not be able to survive in this economy or ever if Paradise was our only option.

i love that dutch brothers is coming here. I have tried the other shops and don't like them. I kept trying to have a good experience at coffee's on but the staff there on skyway was a joke. One guy just sat there and looked at his tip jar and yelled at someone else to make the drink.

he got nothing. Every time I go to Dutch Bros they are always cool and I leave 3 to 5 bucks a time.

Rite Aid is a joke they are so close to folding its sad

I agree about Rite Aid who needs it...would rather have Walmart anyday. Dutch Bros. is okay but when can we get a Starbucks please?? I don't shop at the local stores that much either...too expensive. We do need more restaurants up here:)

Just how many coffee shops do we need here in Paradise? Is there really that much of a demand for them? If people can afford these expensive coffees, they really should not be complaining about the prices of other products. Whatever happened to making your coffee at home, putting it in a thermo cup & going on your way? Consider how much a week you spend on these coffee "treats." Starbucks has closed many of their shops, that should tell many that smart people are using their bucks more wisely.

Anyone know what's going on at the building on Pentz & Stearns?
It stood unfinished for about 3 years, but now appears to have activity...they gonna finally finish construction?

That's the beauty of free enterprise! Eventually the best ones will prevail by the choice of the people who vote with their dollars. Too bad the B. Hussein Obama administration doesn't get it.

What's the matter? Your argument has run out of gas so you resort to ad-hominem attacks?
Actually neither I nor my family eat's at McDonalds since thier corp. financially supported the gay agenda.

But otherwise you would eat at McDonalds. Very telling. Afraid of queers but not afraid of food that will kill you (great stuff for the kids! Teach your children well!). I think I will stick with you having the clown label.

For those of you that believe the service is bad in town, and think another place will be better, have you considered that they will be getting the employees from the same job pool that gives you the bad service.

Daily Horoscope for December 22

Aries

Financial muddles are more than likely today so be careful if you're going shopping. You might be accidentally short-changed or there could be a misunderstanding about how much something costs. This isn't a good day to lend friends anything valuable in case they don't return it or they damage it in some way. Better safe than sorry.
