This should open the door for victims to get a lawsuit against the officers and town of Paradise,,even tho the thug Cops were found justified {.this is only in the eyes of the superiors},any one will give you people money after this Funk case is finished so get a pro-bono lawer or use your own but get one and get ready to sue the PPD,evidence will show the guilt of these Abbusive officers.

lets hope the opinion of the Judge is the facts.Fact is the cops a Loser and needs to be Fired after we sue him and the town that covered up his wrong doings.this is for all 4 victims we know of so far or is that 5.givem Hell Ill be on the jury I hope.

Absolutely give it to him. Let's get all the facts on the table, not just Hal's. There seems to be a problem, let's air all the dirty laundry and let the people decide what is to be done here. THe rest of us have a right to know also.

Not only did anyone not resist in these cases but neither was anyone told to submit to an arrest before being assaulted and violently subdued. You're so ready to tell Plague he can't serve on a jury because of making up his mind without hearing all the facts, but you fail to look at yourself. You are the one who shouldn't be allowed to serve on a jury, unless, of course you're John Law. |

First off I have not made up mind on guilt or innocence of the officers .I want all the facts .but hey I have inside info as 2 people I know personnaly have been Abused by these Cops.so if I Cannot be a juror.on 2 of the 5 known cases.

Glad you asked. But what makes you think you know all the facts? What is your take on this subject? Why is your isp dinging from Cottonwood and not closer to the citizens of Paradise? And you didn't answer my first questions in the beginning either. So, please share with the citizens on this fine blog about your invested interest. |
I don't remember in any of my posts stating I know any facts. I suggested that everyone get all the facts before casting judgement. I also don't remember you answering any of my questions to you. Can I not be just another concerned citizen of Northern CA, just as you are? |
