Boyfriend is indicted in murder and arson

it is messed up what happen. i know daysha and jeffey, they were good parents. every time i go in safeway i picture daysha there and i feel weird her not being around. she was a very nice girl and respectful,and a good mother. he was quiet and always smiled. I would see him running after their little boy. when i see them in public they looked fine, u never know what goes on behind close doors. May god bless daysha her son and family. and may god have mercy on his sole.

for six years this girl went thru hell at times.
she had the power to end it at any time but chose not to.

her family knew what was happening and they did nothing.
now they demonstrate about the violence....
too late she's dead.

I knew the things that Daysha did to Jeffrey as well. It may have not been physically but it was definitely mentally. Even with an active TRO, she continually made contact with him and said things to him that pissed him off like telling him that his son had a new father and that he wasnt going to see his son anymore. She broke the TRO lots of times so she could leave their son with him because she had no babysitter and she wanted to go out. She said one thing, did another. As much as we tried to keep him away from her she always found a way to use her son to get to him. I wish the newspapers would have reported THAT. It does NOT excuse him killing her, but at least you have some insight of what ACTUALLY happened. All we heard was the story of her family. Our family has yet to tell Jeffery's story. In the end, its a loss for both families and ultimately their son who basically lost both parents. Lesson to be learned, seek help from your friends and family when you feel like you're at your wits end. Everyone has a breaking point, some of us need more help than others in trying to control ourselves before reaching it.

i do feel for the family in this situation, but one thing i dont understand is why the hell she stuck arround for 6 years. when people say they were scared to leave, i just think it could not be worce than staying with the person abussing you. i think that is an excusse!
i do hope this guy gets the chair for what he did, i really do, but why did she sticj arround?

i understand you are his family, but how can you love and miss someone who does not have a heart and did something this cruel???
this guy has no heart and he deserves the chair!!!
if one of my family members was in jail for killing someone or if i was to find out one of my family members touched his wife i would do everything to make sure they learn their lesson in jail, not tell them how much i miss them. this guy is worthless and i dont understand how you can waist your breath on him!

You know! When your locked up in prison you tend to miss your family allot. Believe me when I say this because I know this first hand and when someone enters the system with any sort of violence against women or kids!..... Well you know what I’m trying to say.

Life is too short to harm and be harmed. I wish the family and friends was more involved with helping them out. Counseling and some sort of third party intervention could of helped. Everyone remember and take heed.. Why stay with someone if youre not in love with them or they not in love with you. Splitting up is not the end of the world but a beginning to a new one. May God bless both sides of the family cause both sides lost. Daysha you are resting and no longer have to hurt girl, may you smile with the angels and be free from the pain you endured.

i just like to say how truly sorry i am for daysha and her family....i actually know what your going through except the fact that she isn't here today...=[ i know what it feels like to be abused and be neglected...i got beaten for no reason, i had to watch my younger siblings while my parents went out to do thier own things, and i had to make sure my brothers had food to eat and my baby sister had formula to drink...until today i am in a foster home till i turn the age of 18...i am here because i had lack of school, i had to always watch my siblings, i got beaten for ABSOLUTELY NO REASON... and on top of that i got sexually abused from my fathers cousin... i was too shame to speak in front of my parents, so i never talked to the judge ppl...but when he went outside of the court room i was able to speak.... when i got home from my court meeting i got beat till black and blue and purple was shown.... i couldnt make a sound or i would get beat again over and over...i even got beat jus for yelling at my brothers... which something older sister should do... i'm the oldest in my family and until today my brothers DONT RESPECT ME AT ALL... they think im just their sister and they dont have to listen to me....but my questions to the mother of daysha... If you knew she was being beat from her boyfriend, then why didnt you go to the house and take her son away from the horror? Why didnt you try and talk to your daughter? Why didnt you try and talk to the boyfriend? my question to the siblings of daysha, if you knew about the abuse which occured for the past 6 years, Why didnt you try and stop the boyfriend from doing what he was doing?

but some of my advices for the aiona-aka family "NEVER GIVE UP! STRIVE FOR THE BETTER! NEVER LOSE HOPE! GOD IS WATCHING OVER HER! GOD IS GOOD! GOD HEARD ALL HER WORRIES AND KNOWS EVERYTING DAT WAS GOING THROUGH! NO WORRY! TINK POSITIVE AS TO WISH IF SHE WAS STILL HERE!" dat's my advice....... wish you all the best of praise......i will pray for your family..

She is at peace from this crazy world we live in ...All we need to do is love the love ones we have left.....theres hope for everyone in this world....
