Really, no one wants to give up political control but it's time for cities and counties to stop duplication of services and go countywide metro services. One school board, one law enforcement system, one street and road system, fire dept, etc, etc.

Spring break. A time for drunks, dregs, and sluts to come indulge in dogging, drinking, and drugs to make their parents proud when they see their angels on TV. The state salute is now a red SOLO cup held high.

At some point in your life you need to drop the racism crutch unless you choose to live that life in the slow lane all the way to the next pity party.

if they had no police the wild bunch would tear the whole beach up worst than any storm - many time worst than BP oil spill --worst than the big wave that hit Japan - so leave the law alone let them do their job

We need to understand the financial motive behind cracking down on out-of-state, and local, visitors to spring break. It's a cash cow. The old saying goes for Bay County, "Arrive on visitation, leave on probation, return on violation of probation." The Bay County law enforcement and justice system makes money off of locking up spring breakers. With serious government cuts by our beloved Governor Rick Scott and the Republican controlled Florida legislature, local officials need to find an alternative means of raising money. Remember, this is not "Bay County", it's "Pay County" that relies on the law enforcement, court and correctional system to raise infrastructure revenue being depleted by Scott and the Republicans.

Does anyone find it funny that they go after these kids just trying to have a good time. But yet there is a place in Marianna that ABT says they cant touch. Sells liquor in a dry county with no licenses. Local Law Enforcement looks the other way. Read some of the Marianna Forums.

The spoiled, brain dead, low life punks that come here just to see what chaos they can cause for the residents, police, and decent acting young people get the attention they look for. Problem is it's from POPO.
