My guess? You have to wait 24 or is it 48 hours to report a person missing, they landed roof side of the car down so the underside was up and its not noticeable if its over an embankment.
So it wasn't noticed for a few days most likely out there until folks were LOOKING for them.
Sad but it does happen when its rural like Warren County.
