Palos Hills Baseball or Hickory Hills Baseball?

Why are there so many families leaving Palos Hills baseball to join Hickory hills baseball?

Palos Hills baseball has big problems. Too disorganized and bad leadership.

I don't know, two of my neighbors pulled there kids from Hickory Hills baseball because they were very unhappy last year. They said it was just a big mess.

Believe me, Palos Hills is much better! My kids started in H.H., and I am so happy we decided to pull them out and go to P.H. H.H. doesn't care that all the kids pay the same fees to play - you need to be a coach to have your kid have a decent amount of playing time.(i.e.- the leagues President's kids) If you want your kid to sit on the bench, H.H is for you. If you want a fun, learning baseball experience for your child - go to Palos Hills! We have better fields, better coaches, better board, better concession stand, better parking .... please should I go on!

I had my son play at both leagues. PHBA was fun. Switched over to HHYB, and it was fun as well. I agree with the above assessment regarding playing time. However, I witnessed the same thing at PHBA. My son is a decent baseball player so he was not affected. As the unbiased and objective person that I am, it's sad to see coaches sit kids down who deserve to play. I guess it all depends on the coach. Anyway, this year we decided to give PBO a try. So far so good! Fairness across the board. They realize that community baseball is a business as well. The season has recently started, so we'll see how it turns out. I'm happy that travel will not be an issue since all the games will be held at the same ball park. 10-15 teams at each level. That's what I call amazing!

hickory hills is ran by a big snobb...find another league run away from hhyb..... plz
