what a bunch of punk losers, just looking at this dude makes me want to beat him into a bloody pulp and spend the next 2 years in jail. people get 2 years for growing pot, these punks kill someone and its 2 years, anyone see anything wrong with this?

it's pathetic that these murderers won't even spend time in the state penitentiary instead staying in CCCF. these scumbags are going to live on our expense in a county jail for murdering a decent person. carbon county voters have no one else to blame but ourselves for electing the jackasses that give these criminals a light sentence for disgusting crimes.

This mans life was worth about 2 years in prison. WTF this DA and Judge need a royal butt chewing from their voters and perhaps a loss of a good job on election day. Do any of you Idiot Posters have any idea what the penalty is for this charge??? It's not the DA's fault or the Judge's fault!!! It's the system's fault. The system designed the penalty for a misdemeanor of the first degree, not the DA or Judges. You guys shouldn't speak without knowing the facts OR IN THIS CASE THE LAW!!!
